In the Library Reviews is the brainchild and pet project of Sharyn McGinty and Cyn Witkus. After lengthy discussion, they decided to share their love of reading with the world and created this site in April 2002. Unique at the time for reviewing all genres and not using ratings of any sort, In the Library Reviews has since expanded to include ratings.

At one time, In the Library Reviews also featured author spotlights and bi-weekly interviews. Lack of staff have temporarily brought a halt to the spotlights, although interviews are slowly returning.

Our fifth anniversary was on April 1, 2007. Here's to another year of good books! Happy reading!!
