Fun, easy to understand and use, not to mention beautifully illustrated, Tai Chi for Kids is the perfect way to introduce children to Tai Chi postures. My boys loved putting this book to use, especially since the photographs were of a child their age. Imaginative to begin with, learning these postures have added even more dimensions to my sons' play. I appreciated the detailed and clear instructions for each posture, as I had no previous knowledge of Tai Chi. The biggest plus, in my opinion, is the way Tai Chi instills a sense of playfulness, humility and self-worth. Values all children need to learn and have.

Tai Chi for Kids has become a treasured and well-read book at my house. Even though they have learned all the postures and can perform them from memory, they love looking at the illustrations and hearing the story of Tai Chi's beginnings. A must have for any parent looking for a way to institute disciplined play and build the foundations for good health.
