Young children learn to count to ten as Bow-Wow naps and dreams. From the moment he comes across one bone to being chased by penguins to waking from an obvious nightmare, this book leaves ample room for personal tailoring. My daughter is constantly reading this book and her versions are never the same. This is largely due to the fact the illustrations depict Bow-Wow and one bone, two penguins, and so forth. Fun and entertaining for both young and old!

Geared for toddlers and preschoolers, Bow-Wow Hears Things is a humorous way of exploring sounds. In this particular book, Bow-Wow meets a little bird who makes a variety of noises before finally finding just the right noise.

I'm not ashamed to admit I love Bow-Wow! I start smiling the moment my four-year-old pulls the books off the shelf. The illustrations are adorable and tell more of the story than the few scarce words. Bow-Wow's expressions are easily recognizable and offer more interactive opportunities between parent and child.

Bow-Wow Hears Things will have readers hearing peals of laughter.
