Leslie Stetler was a sales rep for an in- home sex toys company. She'd been setting records and was aiming towards the new car prize. The room was a buzz with rumors and gossip about how she was achieving her goals when she had been with the company for only two months.

During an awards ceremony Leslie finally got to meet her biggest competition Rick Miller. Rick was tall, handsome and very charming, everything Leslie knew you needed to make it in this business. Rick wasn't aware of it yet, but Leslie had decided she would do whatever it took to knock him out of his first place ranking. She would soon be the top-ranking saleswoman in the company.

She Who Laughs Last by Jacki King is an erotic tale with comedic aspects. Leslie Stetler was an incredibly character if a little naïve, but you couldn't help liking her. She was so upbeat that you knew she would over come anything that happened and persevere. Rick Miller on the other hand was unlikable, which I hope was Jacki King's aim in this novella.
