Blood Brothers flows with fast-paced action and ferocious family ties. When brothers Karl and Gunnar Bjornsen battle for control of their pharmaceutical empire, the side effects are deadly. At the center of this conflict is a revolutionary new drug called Neurostim, a powerful brain stimulant. Gunnar left the company, taking the secret formula for Neurostim safely locked in his mind. But Karl vowed to gain full control of this secret, and thereby seal his future fortune.

Superbly written and with a dazzling step dance of suspense, this book has enough complexity to make it downright compelling. Centering the plot on custody control of a pharmaceutical company gives these pages a contemporary feel, as readers are ushered into the inner sanctum of this profitable business. As the brothers wage a legal battle, research and testing on Neurostim accelerates in spite of red flags. The cast of characters comes together in a brilliant weaving of their worlds, with each one contributing to the story line in a purposeful way.

Yet, the spotlight shines most brightly on the relationship between Gunnar and Karl. Their family and financial ties threaten to break with a resounding snap, leaving reverberations throughout the world. The tension steadily mounts as greed, embezzlement, threats and outright violence lead the brothers down a path that only has room for one. A subtle, yet powerful, Christian influence steers this novel into a realm with endless opportunities and limitless potential. The courtroom drama is intense; readers will feel they are both judge and jury. The handshaking and dealings with the FDA brings a level of reality that may cause side effects of increased heart rate and blood pressure. But the ending is more amazing than readers can imagine.
